At OnwaterDesigns, we focus on the demands of our customers to deliver excellent designs and top quality construction at a fair price. All of our products are designed by our expirienced design team led by Tim Niemier and they are the exact production versions of the best prototypes that Tim and his design team create after many prototype revisions have been tested and proved out. We want to make sure each product fits the target customer, and their outdoor environment. Although we strive to create the perfect product for your needs, we also understand that sometimes there may be a manufacturing issue with your new gear.

All OnwaterDesign products come with a 1 - year warranty for manufacturer's defects. Wear and tear from everyday use does not qualify for warranty coverage.

In the case that your product falls under the warranty guidelines please reach out to us so that we can help you get back on the water.

In order to expedite the process we ask that you provide the follow information to the best of your ability. Also please make sure that your photos are as clear as possible. If your images are too blurry we will not be able to process your claim:

• Proof of Purchase

• Product Serial Number

• Pictures of the Defect

• Overall Picture of the product you are filing a warranty claim for with closeup images providing details to the defect in question
