Actually the West Coast but it is usually wet and rainy in the winter and spring. Rock Gardening is when one takes their kayak around the rocks. I was by myself this trip so I stayed pretty clear but others go through slots and get more involved. It is safer than it looks but a real rush. This day it was about a 10 foot swell
