PRICE OPTIONS 1. The lot next to the house for $79,000. 2. Half the house without the extra building site. I would keep the other half, which makes a lot of sense to many people because it cuts down on the maintenance. You will probably never spend more than half the time out there anyway. This is a great option at only $149,000. One of the other houses is shared by two families and they love it that way. They rent the house also for part of the year which is really nice. 3. The whole enchilada which includes all of the house and the extra house site at the other end of the island. Discounted Price of $360,000 4. Trades? What do you have? I am open.
