 Hi this is Tim Niemier, If you can’t place me I founded Ocean Kayak and sold it 10 years ago. Many of you have heard me talk about this magic kayak paradise on the West Coast of Canada’s Vancouver Island. Now is your chance to own part or all of it. I am looking for a person or persons to sell part (or all) of this magnificent place to. This way the place will be able to see more use and will be shared by more people. There are three options if you are interested. 1 Buy half the house and acreage around it. 2 Buy a second house site on this wonderful wilderness playground and build you own house. 3 Buy the whole thing.
